Two Upstate men are set to spend the next quarter century behind bars.39 year old, Juan Carlos Alvarez and 36 year old, Luis Armando Alvarez of Greenville were convicted Friday. They were charged with two counts each of Attempted Murder and Possession Of A Weapon During Violent Crime.
The charges stem from an incident in 2018 in which the suspects stabbed two people numerous times. The incident happened in the parking lot of the VIBE nightclub in Greenville. A bystander was able to chase the suspects off and the victims were able to survive their injuries.

Both suspects fled the state after the incident and were apprehended in Florida two weeks later. Both suspects have been sentenced to 25 years in State Prison.
