Two women have been arrested in connection to a murder case in the Upstate after a man was found dead, last month. As we previously reported, suspects Jared Tierce and Jacob Barber were arrested following the death of 35 year old, Phillip Marshal Hughey.
He had last been seen August 19th near Williamston. Hughey's body was found wrapped in a rug days later near Belton. Tierce reportedly choked Hughey with a strap, while Barber stabbed the victim multiple times.

Now, 26 year old Angel Bellis and 21 year old, Cassidy Cheek have both been charged with accessory after the fact in the murder case. Investigators say, Cheek burned Hughey's clothes and Bellis saw his dead body, but did not report the incident.
Both women are being held without bond in Anderson County.
