A fugitive wanted for an attempted murder in the Upstate, has been apprehended several states away. The Fountain Inn Police Department says, Juan Carlos Gallegos-Ramirez was charged after he fired a gun and struck the victim of a domestic dispute.
The incident occurred around 5 PM last Thursday, at a home on Bryson Drive in Fountain Inn. Gallegos-Ramirez was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Hidalgo County, Texas last Friday.
He's charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and a possession of a firearm by an unlawful alien.
