A chef from the Upstate is set to make his national television debut Wednesday night. Greer native and restaurant owner Michael Sibert will be one of four contestants on Guy's Grocery Games on the Food Network.
The show is hosted by world renowned chef Guy Fieri and pits chefs against each other in challenges, where they use only ingredients found in a mock supermarket on the show's set.
Sibert owns two restaurants in Greer, one call White Wine and Butter, the other titled Anonymous Burgers both are located on Trade Street. White Wine and Butter will be holding a watch party for the show Wednesday night.
Sibert looks to continue a tremendous week, as he and his wife just welcomed a newborn son this past Monday. Guy's Grocery Games featuring Greer Chef Michael Sibert airs tonight at 9 PM eastern on The Food Network. "
