An Upstate high school has earned a prestigious distinction. Blue Ridge High School in Greer has been named the Palmetto's Finest School for this academic year. This comes after Blue Ridge was recognized as Greenville County's highest performing High School.
Blue Ridge Principal Ashley Wardlaw said of the honor "This honor belongs to our students, staff, and all of RidgeNation,. “Our school has spent 72 years building toward this moment, and reaching Palmetto’s Finest is a reflection of that legacy".
Wardlaw was also named the Secondary School Principal Of The Year in the State.
