An Upstate home was left decimated by a house fire, Tuesday night. Fire crews were called to a reported fire at a home on New Cut Road in Spartanburg County, around 6 PM.

Six people reportedly live in the house, it's not clear how many were home at the time but none of the residents were injured. One firefighter was taken to an area hospital to be treated for hydration. Another suffered a non-life threatening injury, and was treated and released.

More than 50 firefighters were on the scene, as a number of fire departments responded to the fire. Officials say, weather conditions, mainly high winds made it much more difficult to extinguish the blaze. There's been no word yet on the cause of the fire.
