An Upstate man is in custody accused of kidnapping and sexual assault. The Laurens Police Department says Brett Ray Strawhorn was arrested Friday after a reported sexual assault.
Strawhorn is charged with kidnapping, 1st degree criminal sexual conduct and possession of psychedelic mushrooms. Strawhorn was booked into the Laurens County Detention Center.
The Police Department has not released any further details on the investigation.
