An Upstate man is facing charges long after his alleged sexual misconduct towards a child. The Greenville Police Dept. says 65 year old, Ronnie Lee Bowens has been arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor (11-14 years old), indecent exposure and disseminating obscene material to a minor. The Police Dept. says that the victim was acquainted with Bowens sometime between 2001 and 2003, and that the victim met with them in early January to describe the alleged incident. Investigators urge anyone with information on similar incidents with Bowens to contact the Greenville PD at 864-271-5333.
