A 21 year old Spartanburg County man is charged with the burglary-shooting of a woman in her Greer-area home earlier this week. The victim is expected to recover. Deputies say Rigoberto Olvera broke into the house on Arlington Road just after 9:30 Tuesday night.
He's charged with high-and-aggravated assault and battery, burglary and possession of a weapon in a violent crime. Olvera was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center Wednesday.
