An Upstate man is behind bars after being accussed of a sex crime against a child. After a 3 month investigation by the Special Victims Unit from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, 32 year old Brandon Rex Miller of Spartanburg has been arrested.
Miller is charged with 1st degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor. The Sheriff's Office says The victim was referred to the Children's Advocacy Center for a forensic interview and implicated Miller in the process.
Investigators say that Miller is a suspect in three other sexual assault cases, they also believe other victims have yet to come forward. The Sheriff's Office encourages parents of victims to contact Investigator Amanda Watson at 503-4577 or by emailing awilson@spartanburgcounty.org
