An Upstate man has died after succumbing to his injuries from being shot multiple times. The Spartanburg Police Dept. says Leonard Lyles III died Friday night after he was shot over a month ago.
Officers originally responded to a report of a shooting just after 4 AM August 28th. Witnesses reported that Lyles was talking to another man when the shots rang out. The Spartanburg Police Dept. says the homicide investigation is ongoing.
