An Upstate man who had been reported missing last month, has become the subject of a search after his vehicle was found thousands of miles away. Officials in Idaho say, a vehicle belonging to Solomon Wilkins was found in a remote area there.
Investigators believe the car had been parked in the backcountry for weeks. Wilkins was initially reported missing from Pickens County, August 4th but was located outside the county and was no longer considered missing.
While his vehicle has been found in Idaho, Wilkins has not been located, as of this time. The circumstances surrounding his whereabouts, remain unclear at this time.
