A wanted Upstate man is now behind bars. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to the speedway convenience store on East Main Street around 7:30 Tuesday morning.
Upon arrival, they encountered 33 year old Robert Harold Davis of Spartanburg. Davis had an open warrant and was then taken into custody. The active warrant charged Davis with Attempted Murder. He's being held in Spartanburg County Without bond.
