A Doctor's Office in the Upstate was evacuated Thursday after a 9-1-1 call regarding a fire. Around 9:30 AM, Firefighters were dispatched to Anderson Radiology on Highway 81. The practice's entire staff and all of the patients there were evacuated safely from the building.
Officials say, a belt on a fan motor overheated and caused smoke to start filling up the ceiling of the office. An HVAC company was called into repair the fan and remedy the issue. There's been no reported injuries from the incident.
