An Upstate mother is in custody following the death of her infant child. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says, Jenna Feathers has been charged with homicide by child abuse.
Investigators say, the child was found unresponsive in the bathtub at the family's home. Feathers was reportedly home during the incident, but apparently was not near the bathtub when it happened.
She is charged in the child's death and faces 3 additional charges of Unlawful Neglect. The Sheriff's Office says the investigation is ongoing.
