An investigation is ongoing after a deadly weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Spartanburg Police Department responded to the area of North Center Street, just before 1:30AM Saturday.
Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 42 year old, Dangelo Ricardo Jackson of Gaffney. Police believe that Jackson was at a party near where he was found when he was shot.
A number of witnesses were at the party at the time of the incident. However, no suspects have been identified as of this time.
