In February of 2019, Huntley shot and killed 24 year old, Alexandra Toney. The Solicitor's Office says Toney and Huntley had been in an argument earlier the day of the shooting. Toney allegedly sold marijuana to a teenage grandchild of Huntley's and had went to their home seeking payment. Huntley then told Toney to leave and Toney reportedly threatened to come back and shoot the house up.

Later that night, Toney did return to the house with a companion. Huntley shot and killed Toney claiming she believed Toney and her companion had a weapon. No guns other than Huntley's was recovered from the scene.

Huntley's 30 year sentence was suspended to three years in court earlier this week. She had already served that time and was released. Huntley will serve 5 years of House Arrest and 5 years of Probation, if she violates conditions of her release she faces a long term prison sentence.
