An Upstate woman faces charges for sexually assaulting a child, filming it and sending the video to a prison inmate. 24 year old, Abbygale Alexandria El-Dier of Simpsonville is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and sexual exploitation with a minor.
Those charges came after the Simpsonville Police Department and South Carolina Department Of Corrections discovered that the suspect transferred pornographic material to an inmate in the state prison system.
Investigators say, the victim is under the age of 11 and that charges against the inmate are pending. El-Dier is being held without bond in Greenville County.
