A 2nd winter storm related death in the Carolinas has now been reported. The Greenwood County Coroner's Office says a woman was found unresponsive outside her home there around 1AM, Monday morning.
Officials say the woman suffered from dementia and hypothermia was determined to be the cause of her death.
This is the 2nd such incident in the Carolinas since the weekend storm.As this comes after a man was found dead by the roadside in Buncombe County, Sunday morning.
