Veterans Day is coming up this Friday and a ceremony was in the Upstate to honor past and present members of the military, this past weekend. The Upstate Veterans Alliance and the Greenville Drive partnered to hold the South Carolina Veterans Upstate Salute.
The celebration included live music, a 21 gun salute, a performance by the Special Forces Jump Team and an aerial flyover. The event was held Sunday afternoon at Fluor Field in Greenville. It was the 7th annual installment of the celebration.
