Workers went through with the rumored walkout Thursday morning. Employees at the General Electric Complex in Greenville began the planned walk out around 10:45 AM. The walkout was in protest of the company’s vaccine mandate.
The walkout was staged at the GE Gas Power Service Center off of Garlington Road. Dozens of protesters were on the scene at the complex in support of the walkout.
