A water system breakdown has caused some Upstate schools to call for an early out Monday. A boil water advisory was issued following a water main break in Spartanburg County. The break happened on a major water line near the town of Moore. The Woodruff Roebuck Water District issued the advisory.

As a result, District 6 Schools in Spartanburg called for early dismissal. The affected schools include Roebuck Elementary, Gable Middle School, Dorman High and Dorman's Freshman Campus.
