The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule next year, on a law in Mississippi that bans abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Recently, the high court heard arguments on that law. If the Mississippi law is upheld, it is expected to lead to additional states adopting more stringent laws.
