A Western North Carolina man will spend the rest of his natural life in prison for human trafficking and child sex crime charges. 55 year old, Jimmy Jamison of Hendersonville was found guilty last Thursday on two counts of child trafficking, three counts of statutory rape and other sex crime charges. The judge sentenced him to a minimum of 240 years and a max of over 325 combined years in prison.
Court records say, the victim moved to Rutherford County, NC to live with a cousin named Lee Ann Zimmerman. The 14 year old girl was taken by Zimmerman to various places in Henderson County to buy drugs. Jamison saw the child on one of those trips and began offering Zimmerman money and marijuana to have sex with the girl, knowing she was just 14.
Documents state that on multiple occasions between late 2019 and Spring of 2020, Zimmerman took the victim with her to Henderson County to get drugs and left the child alone with Jamison, and he committed sex crimes against the teen girl.

The incidents happened at Jamison's Henderson County residence and at a Hendersonville motel. Zimmerman previously pled guilty to her role and is serving a sentence of at least 9 years.
