A woman who is believed to be a family member of the teenager responsible for a deadly shooting, has also now been. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 33 year old, Davina Jill Brown was arrested for unlawfully placing a child at risk, Friday .
Sources close to the situation tell me that Brown is a family member and has custody of the 15 year old, who is accused in the accidental shooting death of his friend, 15 year old Thaddeus Terezakis. The Sheriff's Office reports that Brown knowingly allowed the teen to possess the handgun and did not take any sort of preventative measures.
The teenager has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after investigators say he was negligent in his handling of the gun.
