The woman who was found dead inside a vehicle in the Upstate Wednesday morning, has now been identified. As we previously reported, the Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Highway 8 near Pelzer and found the woman dead in the passenger side of the vehicle.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the woman as 41 year old Mindy Lee McDonald. The manner of the shooting is still being investigated.
