NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – One of the Obamas’ dogs, Bo, died of cancer Saturday, the family said.
“This afternoon was a difficult one for our family. We said goodbye to our best friend—our dog, Bo—after a battle with cancer,” Michelle Obama wrote on Instagram.
She said the family got the dog as a puppy after the 2008 election.
“For more than a decade, Bo was a constant, comforting presence in our lives,” she wrote.
