Edmiston also had a listed address of Mount Pleasant Road in Westminster, according to the Detention Center. Both subjects were released from the Detention Center Tuesday on their own recognizance after each received a $2,500.00 personal recognizance bond.

Investigators from the Criminal Investigations Division executed two search warrants Tuesday, one at an address on Crestwood Drive in Salem and one at the Little River Lane address, in reference to an investigation into stolen goods.  The investigation stemmed from a report of a larceny of a boat and other items that occurred and was reported to the Sheriff’s Office on October 16th of this year from Holders Landing, which is located at 499 Holders Landing Road.

The search warrants were executed after investigators obtained arrest warrants against Edmiston and McCall on charges of having a stolen game camera that belonged to the victim in their possession.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing their investigation.
