Fourth District Congressman William Timmons is joining his upstate congressional Third District colleague Jeff Duncan in objecting to the certification of the electoral college vote for President Elect Joe Biden.
The freshman Republican from Greenville points to what he considers illegal changes to election laws in some presidential battleground states, where federal judges changed election law which under the US and state constitutions can only be changed by that state's legislature.
