
"Non-scalable" fencing is going up around the entire perimeter of the White House as law enforcement prepares for possible protests surrounding Tuesday's election. CNN is reporting that the fence will be the same type that was put up during protests this summer. Other cities around the country are also preparing for possible unrest, particularly if there is no clear winner right away. Many business owners in cities including New York City, Denver, and Los Angeles spent the weekend boarding up windows and storefronts.
