Historically when one side takes out the things that make a people comfortable, they have no choice but to surrender in order to ensure overall survival. To achieve an enemy's surrender, as Iran remains defiant and vows to continue fighting, a relentless approach is necessary. History shows that when an enemy's comfort and means of subsistence are targeted and eliminated, they are ultimately forced to surrender to ensure their collective survival.
