Here are a few more good news stories from the outbreak...
1. There's been a question during the whole pandemic about how long immunity lasts after you get the virus. A new study out of California just gave the most promising news yet: It could possibly last years, maybe even decades. If that IS the case, it will make vaccinating against the virus a much less intensive process, where one vaccine will last a long time . . . so it'll be different than the flu vaccine, which we need every year.
2. Using a face mask won't interfere with your breathing when you're working out. Scientists at the University of California, San Diego monitored people's breathing while they exercised and found a mask doesn't make it any harder. But . . . your BRAIN might disagree. You may THINK you're having more trouble breathing, even if it's not true.
3. A new study in the U.K. has found, quote, "promising signs" that mouthwash can help kill coronavirus in your saliva. If that's true, we may start using mouthwash a lot more often as a way to help prevent the virus from spreading.
