1. A lot of crazy stories come out of Florida, but the site Listverse just posted a list called "10 Times Florida Man Saved the Day". The stories include a guy who saved his puppy from an alligator, and a Florida Man who saved a drowning BEAR back in 2008.
2. Speaking of Florida: A cop in Orlando scaled the side of a burning building on Saturday to save a baby, and another cop's chest-cam got it on video.
3. A retired cab driver in Canada recently passed away at age 96 . . . and left over $1.3 MILLION to his local hospital. His friends say he was very frugal, but also made money investing in stocks.
4. A nurse in Philadelphia broke a world record for fastest marathon while wearing scrubs. She did it in 2 hours, 48 minutes, and 2 seconds.
5. A retired cop in Maryland is having pretty good April so far. 64-year-old John Boyd went on a nice relaxing vacation this month. Then he came home, checked a lottery ticket he'd bought right before he left . . . and found out he won $50,000.
