Over the holiday weekend Breezy and her girlfriend, Rachel took a weekend trip to Philly and as fun as it was the fun came to a screeching halt when they went to leave and they saw that it was going to be 220 DOLLARS to get their car out of the garage! As jarring as that was to see Breezy's girlfriend Rachel pulled a move that would subtract 180 dollars from their bill by hitting "lost ticket". Now some would say "this is stealing" but others would argue as to who is stealing from who...
