Poll: Savage or Sensible - Refusing to Provide a Service for Someone Because YOU Don't Like it/Don't Think it Looks Good

Breezy went to get her bridesmaid dress fitted yesterday when she explained to the tailor what exactly she wanted done he basically said no it's not possible and that he wouldn't do it because it would "look stupid". Breezy was less than thrilled and is now going to a different tailor who can accommodate her. Was this tailor savage or sensible?
