Poll: Savage or Sensible - Talking on Your Phone in a Waiting Room

Last week Corey had to get something checked out on his car and observed some potentially savage things in the waiting room. First off, literally everyone had their phones on max volume. There was also a VERY irate woman who was talking on speaker phone to someone and loudly complaining about how long her car's service was taking.
