Elizabeth Kay is a proud living kidney donor! She donated on March 30, 2021 to a stranger in Kentucky on behalf of her mother-in-law, Camille, so that her mother-in-law could get an even better kidney match through the paired kidney exchange program. Camille and Elizabeth are both doing great! Since her donation, Elizabeth has become an ambassador for the American Kidney Fund and advocates for donors and for people living with kidney disease.
She's a graduate of Thomas More High School and UW-Milwaukee, Elizabeth joined The Morning Mix in June 2009 after working at a radio station in Green Bay.
Elizabeth Kay bleeds green and gold. Growing up as one of four girls in Bay View, her Dad raised her to love sports. She's a Packer shareholder and tries to make as many Packer games as possible. Her love of sports doesn't end there; she lives an active lifestyle, frequents the gym and enjoys any outdoor activities.
She loves riding around with her husband Eric on their Harley in the warm seasons and skiing in the winter with her son Brayson. You can also find her relaxing at the spa, shopping and traveling. When she's not busy planning her next trip or chasing around her boxer Mila, you'll find her reading up on pop culture, watching a reality TV show or binging Netflix. She enjoys wine, sweets, cooking and decorating her house and even visits antique stores or local home stores in her free time. Listen for Elizabeth on the Morning Mix weekdays from 5-9 am and you might even see her doing some TV work with WISN 12 News along with some video coaching with local company CharismaQ.
