
TMZ is reporting that former Jackass cast member, Bam Margera, has filed against Johnny Knoxville, the "Jackass" team, MTV, Paramount Pictures and others involved with the show and films over his firing from the upcoming Jackass Forever movie.

Bam alleges he was forced into signing a "wellness agreement" ahead of filming that required him to take frequent drug tests and that he was forced to take prescription drugs that drove him to depression.
Margera's suit calls his treatment "inhumane" and compares it to that of what Britney Spears has been dealing with over her ongoing conservatorship.
Jackass Forever hits theaters on October 22, 2021.
