KUDL – Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Online Keyword Contest - Material Terms 

​​For the Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas online keyword contest, listen each day starting on Monday, April 21, 2025, and ending on Friday, May 2, 2025, for the station to announce a designated contest keyword during the following contest play windows: (i) 6:00am (PT) through 9:59am (PT), (ii) 10:00am (PT) through 11:59am (PT), (iii) 3:00pm (PT) through 6:59pm (PT). Upon hearing the keyword announcement, visit endonline.com, click on the Kelly Clarkson link and complete the online entry/registration form by submitting the entrant’s full name, phone number (including area code), age, e-mail address, and other information requested (some of which may be optional) (each an “Entrant”). At approximately 12:00pm (PT) on Friday, May 9, 2025, up to one (1) winners will be randomly selected from among all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, each will receive two (2) digital tickets to Kelly Clarkson on July 18, 2025 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, two (2) night stay on July 17, 2025 through July 19, 2025 at Flamingo Las Vegas, and roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest, valued at $1,300.00, and courtesy of Live Nation. 

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE.
