As he was cuffed, the video feed showed writing on his left palm. TMZ has learned the writing was his lawyer’s number written on his left palm.

This came after Derek Chauvin was convicted on all counts following the death of George Floyd on May 25th last year.

Chauvin was convicted of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

Currently, there is widespread speculation of a possible appeal coming from Chauvin’s lawyer Eric Nelson. However, it is unknown when that appeal will be made, if at all.
