Gina went to a party with her boyfriend and she brought her small dog with them. There was another larger dog at the party, and while they were there the dogs got into a scuffle. The owners of the other dog didn't seem concerned at all with what happened, and even acted like they expected it to happen. What do you think Gina should do now?
