While 2020 has been a tough year for many, some may be counting down the days to 2021.
Krispy Kreme is celebrating a sweet deal for ringing in the new year.
The famous doughnut chain will offer two dozen glazed doughnuts for $12 from December 31 through January 3, Today reported.
This “Four Days of Glaze” offer will be available via in shop, pick up, and drive-thru at participating Krispy Kreme locations nationwide.
“As we reflect on 2020 and turn the page to 2021, we wanted to extend one more warm sign of appreciation to all those who have helped make this year as sweet as possible,” Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts chief marketing officer, said in a statement. “This is our small way of saying thanks to all of you for finding ways to share joy and make sweet memories no matter what. We hope everyone can start 2021 a little sweeter.”
As the doughnut chain offers sweet treats, it is known for introducing deals year-round.

In December, Krispy Kreme brought back its annual “Day of the Dozens” deal.
On December 12, the chain offered one dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for only $1 to purchase any box of dozen doughnuts at regular price.
The company announced the promotion on Twitter. Customers were able to choose any donut for the dozen bought at full price, including their Holiday Collection that is only around for a limited time.
The Festive Tree Doughnut is filled with red velvet cake batter, dipped in cream cheese icing, and decorated with Christmas tree frosting, while the Present Doughnut looks like a wrapped gift and is filled with Sugar Cookie Kreme.
The Santa Belly Doughnut will also be making a return this year -- dipped in red icing and granulated sugar, the doughnut is filled with Chocolate Kreme.
