Members Of Anthrax And Suicidal Tendencies Team Up For Hard Rock Cover Of Billie Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’

Since its release in 2019, many artists have taken on the task of covering or remixing Billie Eilish’s hit song, ‘Bad Guy.’ Now, members of Anthrax and Suicidal Tendencies have teamed up to give fans a hard rock version of the song to jam out to. Charlie Benante And Ra Diaz shared their version of ‘Bad Guy’ recently, recording the track while quarantined.

The latest cover of the hit Billie Eilish song was shared on Charlie Benante’s YouTube channel, where he has been sharing a number of new cover songs recently while quarantined. The latest saw the Anthrax drummer team up with Diaz, who plays bass for Suicidal Tendencies. For this track, Benante plays drums and guitar while Diaz does the bass and vocals.

According to Benante, it was his daughter that first inspired his to cover the Eilish song. “My daughter @miiabenante would play @billieeilish in the car all the time, when I heard the song #oceaneyes I was hooked,” he wrote on Instagram. Now fans of yet another genre have their own version of ‘Bad Guy’ to enjoy.
