For many people, sitting on the toilet can be therapeutic. Luckily for those who can’t seem to relax while taking a bathroom break, there is now a new wellness app dedicated to toilet meditation. The app uses hypnotherapy session designed for people to take while they are using the bathroom.

The new hypnotherapy sessions, created by wellness app Clementine, lasts only five minutes and 18 seconds. The “Loo-break breather” was created by Kim Palmer, who made headlines last month when her team of hypnotherapists held the world's first mass online hypnosis session. According to Palmer, the idea came last week when she found the bathroom was her only she could take a break for a few minutes.

“Juggling a busy work life, on top of trying to teach the kids, as well as lots of check-ins with loved ones through FaceTime, can be exhausting. I noticed the only break I was getting to myself was when 'nature called,’ said Palmer. The sessions help guide users into a meditative place, similar to daydreaming, while on the toilet. With many stuck at home, any source of meditation at this time is probably helpful.
