With many on lockdown over the last few months, it seems the number of ridiculous news stories coming out of Florida has dropped significantly. However, with quarantines easing up, it appears many in the Sunshine State are back to their normal shenanigans. This week, a man and woman were arrested after getting into a fight over a store’s directional walking signs in the aisles.

Jenna Sims and Paul Turner were arrested on Wednesday at a Goodwill Thrift Store after Sims began arguing with Turner when he went down the aisle going the wrong direction. The Goodwill Thrift Store had placed one way directional signs in the aisles in order to promote social distancing. The argument led to a brawl, and both were eventually charged with simple battery.

Both have since been booked and released. “The entire incident was captured on CCTV,” stated the police report. Hopefully next time the two decide to follow store rules, or just keep to themselves in order to avoid jail time.
