Over the last few years, nostalgia has taken over Hollywood, with numerous remakes and reboots coming in all forms of media. With many productions currently on hiatus, it seems many are leaning on nostalgia for content more than ever before. Already a number of iconic casts have reunited using video conferencing apps, and now Josh Gad is bringing together the cast of one of the most iconic 80’s movies of all time; ‘Back To The Future.’
Actor Josh Gad launched his new YouTube series, ‘Reunited Apart,’ last week by reuniting another classic 80’s movie cast, ‘The Goonies.’ Now, Gad is stepping it up, announcing the cast of ‘Back to the Future’ will be featured in the second episode. Gad previewed the episode with a Zoom screenshot of himself, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd.
The preview featured a number of other boxes, with the faces blocked out to keep the other guests as surprises. The second episode of ‘Reunited Apart’ will air on YouTube Monday, May 11. Hopefully Gad can get some good stories about ‘Back to the Future’ from the cast.
