Kit Kat To Release A Limited-Edition Apple Pie Flavor In July

For most candy enthusiasts, limited edition flavors are nice, but nothing beats the classics. However, Kit Kat has announced a new version of their iconic treat that has even the strictest candy traditionalists excited. Starting next month, Kit Kat will begin selling an apple pie flavored Kit Kat bar.
The limited edition Kit Kat will feature the standard crisp wafer, with an apple pie flavored white crème coating. According to a recent review, the new flavor is “not as artificial as many apple pie products out there" and "has a great crunch in the center." The new treat will be sold nationwide starting in July.
While the official release is right around the corner, it is unknown when the limited edition flavor will go away. The Apple Pie Kit Kat already has fans hoping to get an early taste. Hopefully the new version isn’t a disappointment, but at this point anything less than greatness might be.
