While kids of every generation have different experiences, climbing trees has remained a pastime for the world’s youth for years. While most have experienced the joy of climbing a tree, due to safety the majority of adults no longer find interest in the activity. However, some still have a clear passion for reaching new heights, as a man in England has gone viral after being spotted casually sitting at the top of a massive tree.
Footage of the man enjoying a picnic atop a tree was shared recently, and has since gone viral. The person who captured the climber noticed him while enjoying a day out with friends at the Royal Victoria Park in Bath, Somerset, England. “We were in disbelief, so I got my phone out and started recording. No one else in the park seemed to notice,” said Dai Barrow, who captured the footage.
It is unknown what exactly the man was doing, but according to Barrow, he seemed to be alone and just enjoying the view. “It's absolutely got a great view up there, 60 feet above Bath, no doubt,” said Barrow. With many in the park remaining at least six feet apart, clearly the man in the tree wasn’t taking any chances.
