For as great as the internet is most of the time, it can become a terrifying place very quickly. That’s why the New Zealand government has started an ad campaign focused on protecting children from the harm of the internet. Their latest video targeted pornography, and while it may not prevent children from looking at porn, the video definitely caught the eye of many.

In the video, that quickly went viral, two naked pornstars go to a home to inform a mother that her son has been searching them online. The two let her know what they do is for adults, and advised her to have a conversation with her child about the reality of pornography. “"We've been blown away by the response so far. Obviously the issues we are tackling within the campaign are sensitive, so to see the campaign land so well with parents has been amazing," said Sam Stuchbury, the campaigns creative director.

In other videos, the campaign has touched on topics such as online bullying, inappropriate content and grooming. However, their latest video has clearly received the greatest response. If the video doesn’t help keep kids off the internet, at least they went viral.
