While live shows are currently on hiatus, Blink-182 is assuring fans they are using their time in quarantine to work on some new material. Recently Mark Hoppus said he was working on some new music for the group, and now drummer Travis Barker has revealed a new song should be out very soon. The song will be titled 'Quarantine,' and should be out "in the next two weeks."
Speaking about recent life under quarantine, Travis Barker discussed some of the music he has been working on, revealing a lockdown inspired song coming soon from Blink-182. "This week, Brian Lee and I produced a Blink song and recorded it," said Barker. The drummer said he was "really excited" about the new song.
Barker also discussed outside projects he's been working on including songs with Machine Gun Kelly, Yungblud and a future collaboration with Post Malone. As for the rest of Blink-182, Mark Hoppus recently said the music he has been working on can be described as "punk, how about that?" While fans will have to wait to see the band live again, at least plenty of new material is on the way.
